This Privacy Policy explains how Unwind Minds, Unipessoal Lda (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the elephAi mobile application (the “App”) or visit our website www.unwindminds.com (the “Site”).

At Unwind Minds, privacy is not a checkbox. elephAi is built around emotional safety, trust, and respect for the individual. We collect only what is necessary, keep it secure, and never sell or exploit personal data.
